The day begins gently, with time to pause in a medieval village before entering the vineyards. Two carefully selected wineries open their doors to reveal how classical styles—structured, precise and age-worthy—are crafted today with uncompromising attention to detail.
Tastings focus on refined Reserve wines, accompanied by local products that speak the same language of place and simplicity. Throughout the day, the rhythm is unhurried, allowing conversation, observation and depth.
