Rioja Tradition in Haro

The classical heart, walked cellar by cellar

This experience offers a clear and direct introduction to the foundations of Rioja wine, without distraction or excess.

Set in Haro’s historic railway quarter—an enclave that became a destination in itself—this day unfolds on foot, moving naturally from cellar to cellar. Here, some of Rioja’s most emblematic wines were shaped, refined and patiently aged, defining a style that would travel the world.

Through guided tastings of classic Reservas and Gran Reservas, the focus is placed on time, balance and restraint. Between visits, the walk itself allows the landscape, architecture and atmosphere of this unique quarter to speak quietly.

The day concludes with a traditional local meal, where vineyard and table meet in the most honest way.

To understand Rioja, one must first walk its origins.
